By submitting an entry to the Massage Katoikon Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of Massage Katoikon and that you meet all necessary requirements. All gifts for the provision of services are valid only for Patras and the surrounding areas. In case you take part, win but you are not in Patras and you cannot receive your gift, you will be given the option to assign your gift to a friend.

ELIGIBILITY:

All permanent and legal residents of Greece over the age of 18 are eligible to participate in this Giveaway. Employees of the Promoters and companies of the same group are not eligible to participate.

The Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. No purchase is required to enter or win.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

To participate in this Giveaway, please follow the instructions to complete and register your entry (“Main Entry”). You can win additional entries to the Giveaway by following the instructions on the contest page. If you share this with a friend, your friend must complete their entry to earn the additional entry(s). Your friend must enter the contest from your notification. All entries must be received by 14 February at 19:00. (“Giveaway Entry Period”) Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online, including but not limited to Sponsor’s privacy policy.

GIFTS & APPROACHED RETAIL VALUES (“PAL”):

Maximum PAL of all prizes: If the winner cannot receive their prize, an alternate winner may be selected in accordance with these Official Rules from the remaining entries eligible for that prize. Prizes cannot be transferred or assigned unless Sponsor agrees.

PROBABILITIES:

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Participation Period.

FOR THE ABOVE THE FOLLOWING APPLIES:

The winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received. The random draw will take place on 02/14/2023 by a representative of the Sponsor whose decisions are final. Winners will be notified by email and/or mail and at the judges’ discretion, must complete and return an email confirming acceptance of the prize within 7 days of notification or an alternate winner will be selected. The prize is awarded within 30 days of receipt and verification of the completed prize notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or if the selected winner is unable to accept or receive the prize for any reason or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. If a winner is otherwise eligible under these Official Rules but is nevertheless considered a minor, the prize will be awarded in the name of the winner’s parent or legal guardian. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash and is not assignable or transferable. Any other incidental costs for the prize not specified herein shall be borne solely by the winner. Entry and acceptance of the prize constitute permission to use the winner’s name, prize won, homeland and likeness for online posts and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Limit: one gift per household. The prize is guaranteed to be awarded. The monetary value of the prize cannot be redeemed. Entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions and release, defend and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, as well as all other businesses involved in this Sweepstakes, as well as their employees, officers, directors and agents, from all claims and liability associated with participation; acceptance and use or abuse of the gift. The winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to have been caused, by participation in this Clergy or the use or redemption of the prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in printing the offer, administering the draws or announcing the prize. The winner acknowledges that Sponsor and all other businesses involved with such Clergy and their agents do not provide, nor are they in any way responsible for, any warranties, representations, express or implied, material or legal, relating to the quality, conditions, suitability or merchantability of any aspect of the prize. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an online participant, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the email address submitted at login. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person to whom an email address has been assigned by an Internet access provider, internet service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Manipulated or altered materials/input data or bulk entries or entries created by script, macro or use of automated devices are invalid. Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, delayed, incorrect, corrupted, illegible or incomplete entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or modifications of input material or for technical, network, telephone, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission or inability to obtain input information from Sponsor due to technical problems or traffic jams on the Internet or any website or any combination thereof. or (iii) any injury or damage to the participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in the Lots.

By participating in the sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor and the independent jury, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the sweepstakes.

Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Clergy. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently exclude from any sweepstakes sponsored anyone it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules and void the Draws if technically damaged (including if a computer virus, bot or system malfunction immutably affects its ability to conduct the Giveaway), and to select the winner from among all eligible entries received prior to withdrawal.

Legal warning: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, whether a PARTICIPANT or not, to INTENTIONALLY DAMAGE, destroy, violate or vandalize this SITE OR interfere with the OPERATION OF THE LOTTERIES, CONSTITUTES A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, and Sponsor may SEEK any compensation for any incidental or consequential damages suffered by the Company as a result of such action and diligently pursue all remedies against ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULL EXTENT THAT IT IS PERMITTED BY LAW.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

This Prize Draw shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. By participating, participants agree that any and all disputes arising out of or related in any way to this Prize Draw shall be the jurisdiction of the Courts of Patras.

WINNER LIST:

The personal information collected from each participant during the draws will be used by Massage Katoikon for the purposes of administering the draws and as permitted in accordance with the Massage Katoikon Privacy Policy.
